Fire Notice: The red EXIT sign nearest your seat is the shortest route to the street. In the event of a fire or other emergency, PLEASE DO NOT RUN, WALK TO THAT EXIT.
Fist Aid: Please notify the nearest usher if you need assistance.
Latecomers: As a courtesy to patrons and performers, no latecomers will be seated until there is an appropriate pause in the program.
Listening System: The War Memorial Arena and all three theaters in the Mulroy Civic Center are equipped with an infrared listening system. Please see an usher to obtain a headset. This service is free of charge, however, you may be asked to leave your license or personal ID card with the front of house staff for the remainder of the program.

Lost & Found: The Oncenter is not responsible for any personal apparel or other property of patrons unless these items are left at the coat check. To inquire about lost & found items, please contact Oncenter Security at (315) 435-8040.
Oncenter Box Office: Located on the first floor of the War Memorial on the State Street side. Hours: 10am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday; 10am - 2pm on Saturday. For performances, the box office will open at the venue location one hour prior to the advertised start time and will remain open until 30 minutes after the advertised start time. Parking: Convenient parking is available in the Oncenter Parking Garage, located one block south of the Civic Center at the corner of State and Adams Street.
Photography & Recording: Sect. 31.0 of New York State Arts and Cultural Affairs Law prohibits the use of possession of any recording or photographic device at a live performance.
Smoking: Fire regulations strictly prohibit smoking in the building.
