  1. Are you a Ticketmaster location?
    The Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter is a Ticketmaster location, where you can buy tickets in person or pick up tickets you’ve already purchased by phone with Ticketmaster or on Ticketmaster.com for events at The Oncenter or Lakeview Amphitheater.  This location is not a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet.

  2. Do you have information on events that are being held at other venues?
    We do not have detailed information on any events that are not held at The Oncenter.

  3. Do you do exchanges or refunds on ticket purchases?
    The Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter does not issue refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. Please check your ticket purchase before leaving.

  4. Where is the box office located?
    The box office is located at 760 South State Street in The Oncenter War Memorial Arena, on the 1st floor.

  5. Do you sell Symphoria & Syracuse Opera tickets?
    Each organization has their own box office. To purchase tickets, please call their respective Box Offices - Syracuse Opera (315)476-7372, Symphoria - (315)299-5598

  6. Where can I view seating charts?
    Click here to view seating charts and maps for The Oncenter Convention Center, War Memorial Arena, Crouse Hinds Concert Theater, Carrier Theater, and BeVard Studio.

  7. How do I avoid service charges & handling fees?
    The only way to avoid additional fees for events held at The Oncenter is by purchasing tickets in person at The Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter . Tickets purchased online or by phone are all subject to fees.  

  8. What are options for parking?
    We encourage visitors to use our 1,000-car parking garage with an enclosed walkway to the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center. The garage is located on the corner of South State Street and Adams Street. Additional parking options can be found at http://www.oncenter.org/details/parking-map.html

  9. Where is Will Call?
    For events at The Oncenter War Memorial Arena, Will Call is located on the corner of Madison Street & Montgomery Street. Remote Will Call Locations are available in The Oncenter Convention Center and Civic Center Theater Lobbies for events held within those respective buildings.  

  10. Is The Oncenter wheelchair accessible?
    All of our venues have wheelchair accessible seating.  Please call 315-435-2121 for more information.

  11. Does The Oncenter have elevators?
    All of our venues are equipped with elevators.

  12. Do children need tickets?
    Children ages 2 & over are required to have tickets for most events unless otherwise specified.

  13. When do the doors open?
    For most events, doors will open one hour prior to an event.

  14. When should I arrive?
    We recommend 30 minutes prior to show time. If you are purchasing tickets or picking up tickets that are being held at Will Call, we suggest you arrive earlier.
